Try web bsased education. I could help you with the sofware. You can take franchise from other educational institutios for offering their courses. This could be product training for sales people as well for companies.

There are a bunch of items that you can import from the USA, you have to narrow your search consumer or idustrial items? For industrial/commerical items look at the thomas register in the library or go to: /
Other items are Maine lobster, jet skis, musical instruments (Guitar, etc), specialty automotive parts, exotic/modern furniture, mushrooms, etc.
