i'm planning to rent aprtment on International City within weeks , however i had never noticed any lundry service , supermarkets , resturant , is there any such service avalible there.

I dont think that these services have started yet. There is a board that Emirates Coop and Choitrams are coming up soon, but nothing other than the Dragon Mart as yet
