asc i have one just like this all packed up in storage in Australia - bought it for a specific subject at uni, but never learned to use it....failed the subject....and the calculator has not seen the light of day since - you could have mine if it was here.

well that happens to us as well but we find an alternate solution to it xty Sorry can't help but it reminds me when I use Casio FX4500P programmable scientific calculator when I was in high school years ago. I used it to store all Chemistry Elements Table (who could remember 100+ elements?). I could write simple programs to solve math problems quickly (equations, permutations, calculus, etc) in order to pass the test :P ^ian^ You could try using a computer... I hear they can do amazing things.

Yeah right, I will not hesitate to carry computer/laptop with me all the time, if I am strong enough to carry things. Calculator is handy, that's the purpose of needing it actually.
Anyhow, i found texas instrument last night. It has USB to connect to computer, but i am still familiarising all its fx while waiting for my wonder calculator. :( asc_26

I did the same thing, but the teacher confiscated it. :P
