I am a dentist currently on my husband's sponsored visa. I recently moved to Dubai and I have now been offered a full time consultant job in a medical hospital after clearing my exam.
I do not have to sign a contract or a bond and my husband has a Dubai free zone visa. Considering all this, should I stay on my husband's visa or get the hospital to sponsor my visa?

Stay on your husband's visa but get a labour card from the hospital.
