Long time 'lurker', first time poster... To coin a phrase from the radio call in shows.
I've read a great deal of excellent information and opinion on the various forums and thank you to the contributors!
My query is for any HR executives/managers out there - what is the correct sort of package to be looking for as a HR manager (15 years or so experience), International HRM MSc, CIPD membership and some limited ME experience...
This will help me evaluate an offer I've received.
I think that the fact I'm British and western educated appears to influence the potential earnings...
