in the UAE inheritance falls under sharia law whether you are muslim or not, you better check because your will may be not applicable depending on who is the beneficiary. wives for instance are entitled only for a small percentage.

This is not completely true, courts will usually take into account the wills of expatriates who are not Muslim if they are properly drawn up, and even if they are not issued in the UAE. Talk to a solicitor, don't get your advice on such an important matter from a web forum.
Or you can try Just Wills UAE:

Is the property in the Emirates?
Anyways head find your way to an attorney, if you have bought property you should be able to afford one!

I agree - get proper advice from a lawyer who understand both the implications of Sharia law and that of your home country.
I advise on these matters on a regular basis and have an inhouse lawyer to whom I refer my clients.

Well without doubt you need a will and without doubt you should see a lawyer not just a will writer. There are many possible complications by living abroad involving sharia law, inheritance tax and frozen accounts here on death making it potentially difficult for relatives. We always suggest to our clients to use Mark Nierada, a lawyer, who specialises in this and has been in Dubai for a number of years. You can also find him on the web. I believe he gives an overview initially with no charge. Clients all seem very satisfied :)
His number is 050 650 8163
Hope this helps.
