I know a person makes a site for Dubai everyday but We've already got one and want to know how to make it more popular.
The site is a Job board for Dubai called Dubai Job Spot.

We wanted to know how to make it possible to do banner exchanges with other sites focused on dubai and possibly how to make some extra revenue from advertising
