can anyone tell me how much import duty you have to pay on a imported car from japan also what is the procedure to register and use here

Import tax is 5%, not sure about procedures but can tell you that right hand drive or converted left (rhd changed lhd) can't be registered in Dubai unless you seriously have pull.
