I have just cleared CA exams and completed my 3 years internship from ernst and young, India. I just want to know what is the salary package i can expect per month in Big 4 dubai or any reputed industry. And does nationality really matters.

You can expect a salary package of AED 8K - 12K. To answer your next question, yes nationality does matter. If you are from the US, UK, Canada, Europe etc. you can expect a package between 25 - 30 % higher. However, the college you graduated from also matters.
