My analysis....for whatever it is worth....
- Musharraf wants to please the terrorists...He is under a seige by the terrorists..such blasts reinforce his standing with the terrorists...
- The terrorists themselves are happy to do it as they get lots of money from the Let and SIMI organisations...
- The politicians in India (especially those who are dependent on the muslim vote bank) are happy.. divides the country further...
- The govt. corrupt staff are happy as they can siphon of lots of money from the grants given to the victims...
- The Railways are happy as it means new trains of bogies and purchase means some more corruption...
- The beurocrats are happy as it means more investigations and more travel and perks....
- The only people who loose are the families and the person who has died...
and some good people who feel for such happenings....

Actually we pakis are innocent and its arabic terrorist who come and do these things :)
