Dubai Marina good location for DIC. Also Greens. Maybe Jumeirah/Umm Suqeim if you want to share a villa. Apartments have long waiting lists in those areas.
You should get a good choice of 1 bdrms for 90k. Maybe a 2 bedroom if you're lucky.
Better Homes, Asteco, Landmark are letting agents worth trying.

I will be in Dubai again working next month and I need to look at accommodation for when I move there from the UK in 3 months time.
Can you advise me where I should be looking when I am in Dubai. I have done various searches on the net and found some useful sites etc - but are there places such as letting agents that I can go to?
I will be working in the Internet city and am looking at Dubai Marina. I have a budget of AED 90K for the year and will be looking for a 12 month rental.
Does this sound Ok - what other places should I consider?

I sugget you go with some thing in greens or dubai marina, greens would be closer for you, my suggestion is don't wait too long, you`ll soon realize when you get here, there is no accommodation and you`ll be spending huge $ on serviced apartments or hotels, in 3 months, the prices shall go up by around 55% if not more!

Are there any sites that show what the Greens area is like? I have been to Dubai Marina and have seen it but I am back in the UK at the minute and I am interested in what the area looks like.

It's an excellent community with 80% low rise buildings, with luxory apartments, also has emirates golf club nearby, it has a community superstore, food franchises, dvd rental, scenic lake. The community itself is great to me, to me it is the only fully developed community and I prefer it over Marina.
