Hey Peeps,
especially women out there :) was at the beach the whole day on saturday out in the sun, forgot to carry a block and so right now have a severe tan and a case of sunburn on my face, head & shoulders :shock: . any tips to recover fast ? i look like a big red baboon right now :?

Get some Aloe vera cream, it may not be too late.

Cut tomatoes - keep them in the fridge. When, cool, you rub them over the er.............burnt bits. Honestly! Cooling and it takes the sting out. Also goes very well with the curd. :wink:

the gels pretty good but the actual plants are the best remedy , ayurveda taught me that:) in between if u dont remember i am a pharmacist, but they dint teach us how to get rid of sun tans lol
