Hi all, what is the Hot Rod scene like in Dubai, I lived in Dubai for 7 months, and fell in love with the place, I'd love to return and open a Hot Rod Custom Shop, do you think there is a market for such a business??? I live in Ottawa, Canada, Rat and Hot Rodding is really growing here.
