wot kind of bhangra you talking about theres 3 kinds of bhangra :P one proper hardcore bhangra from punjab i.e pakistan/india or do you want the UK Bhangra the likes of Rishi Rich jUggy D and RDB :P and the last kind is from USA/CANADA made up of djs mixing bhangra beats with hip-hop and Rnb. :P so let me know which type u want :p
but for starters you can listen to Lus Lus by DJ VIPS, Push it UP by Rishi Rich, Gal Sun by Jinx and Do that dance by Hunterz :P
i dont know if you gona understand the lyrics but trust me the music makes u dance :p

jimmy dix on saturday nights are a blast!!!!!!! It's always packed and the music is great. Every single time I have went it has been soooo fun. It is in the Movenpick in Bur Dubai.

Rahul there are no clubs that play UK bhangra here. They only play tracks which have appeared in the Bollywood movies and they play tracks of artists lik Dr Zeus, Jay Sean and Juggy D and RDB who have actually performed in Dubai itself.
There are loads of tunes and other artists apart from those mentioned and none of their tunes are played here cos maybe those guys dont target the public in Dubai knowing that no1 will listen to them. Most of the public here prefer listening to stuff like Himesh and u ll have some who want Bhangra but not most.
By the way that song Something Something by Mika was at the top of Uk Bhangra charts for like 4 weeks hmmm shows that something thats a HIT in UK or USA will not become a hit here in DUBai because in Dubai they prefer listening to something they always have been since they were lil kids. :D
And as for the DJS playing in Dubai yuck :S sorry but the only punjabi or bhangra tunes they know are from the Bollywood movies. I mean wots up with PAPAY pyar kar kaye pashtaya lol went to Jimmi and the DJ played this song again and again but different versions lol come on DJ play my songs :D. But i can understand y da djs in UAE do this because they are scared that if they play something like SOmething Something, the crowd wont like it and end of the day the DJ will get the licks.

I can’t believe that it was in the top, I usually say something something for any song if I do not remember the lyrics, with that one it is easy. It goes to show that people taste is becoming very worrying.

if u listen to the lyrics u realize its a nice song and the music aint that bad either . alrite the cheesed off part maybe the SOMETHING SOMETHING part :P but still its something worth listening.
