Do you mean the best hikes in the Emirates or rather in the world?
For the world I would recommend you the following:
1) the Inca Trail in Peru with its magnificent scenery, cute humming birds and great ruines. In the end you see Machu Picchu.
2)GR 20 in Corsica (France)
3) Andorra: mountain hut to mountain hut in summertime, with many wild fruits in the forests.
4) Northern Ireland: Along the northern coast towards Giants Causeway
5) The Flemish Ardennes...Daytrips in farmland and forests on gentle hills and ending the day with several strong beers in the local village pub.
