What do you mean by unlimited?
Wireless internet is available in certain places like Starbucks, Dubai City Centre

By Unlimited, I meant that you pay a fixed amount in a month and then you get unlimited access ...without any restriction on the time you browse and the Megabytes that you download

The UAE is staggeringly limited for dial-up access. There is basically a single government owned ISP called Etisalat who's services are okay but nothing special (especially by European standards). They offer normal dial-up services, but not an unlimited service. Most people here have ADSL which gives you the 'unlimited' qualities you're looking for, or a direct connection from Dubai Internet City (DIC) which is delivered over Ethernet to your house. Neither are that cheap and the one you can get depends on geographically where you live in the city. New developments = DIC (generally) and anything older/anywhere else = Etisalat.
Make sure you get a wireless card for your laptop. If you're living anywhere densely populated you'll probably be able to piggyback on a neighbours DSL connection for free. Very (very) few people here have discovered how to secure their network.
