I am new to the forum, but not Dubai, having lived there long term in the nineties. We are expats but at the moment living in Bulgaria, where we emigrated to in 2003 to escape the corporate rat race. Here, we live in a large ski resort and have spent the last 3 years building a luxury log home in a mountain village and kinda semi retired.
That was until the company in Dubai have made me an offer to come back that I can't refuse. We are looking to move back to Dubai towards the end of this year as soon as we have finalised our affairs here.
To this, we have to sell the house, which is rather hearwrenching but it needs to go.
Here's where we need help. Can anyone recommend any real estate agencies in Dubai that specialise in overseas properties outside Dubai, hopefully in particular Bulgaria ?
Any help would be appreciated.

Much that I'd love to build you one in Thailand, especially as that's our ultimate final destination for retirement, but alas it wouldn't be cost effective for you. Our costs would be too high compared to the local companies already in Thailand.
