i dont think so u can look for information abt ur friend with the mobile number.....coz over here its like a confidential thing....anywayz if u got the mobile no why dont u just call ur friend up and find out abt his where abts :?

I think you miss read, they know the persons name NOT the number! Erm I don't think there's a directory service where you can look up someone's number by their name, like yo0u can in a lot of countries.
