As my darling husband pointed out as I was looking at fascinators and flowers... I need the hat for shade more than a fashion piece!!! :cry:

I was wondering if any of you fine ladies can help me out!! Unfortunately in the so called Dubai fashion is mostly wih women rather than men which is why we men always check out females!! hehe!! Leaving aside that. I have been trying to get a Top Hat like for ages. If anyone can tell me a store or someone can get one and all. I even heard there are certain measurements for hats. Whats the deal with that!!

I might go for 60s boho-chic look with big hat, heavy eyeliner and short printed dress...
