When an overseas company has banned a heardscarf wearer, or chosen not to employee a person with a headscarf, Muslim people go ballistic and disgruntle about it. Whereas, a girl with a headscarf cannot be employeed as flight attendant in most of the Middle East countries, in fact, headscarfs are not allowed to be worn by Muslim flight attendants grils in Qatarairways, Emirate etc. Even though, there are large number of Muslim girls who would be happy to wear headscarfs if they've given the chance to do so. Moverover, if you were a Muslim guy, you are not allowed to grow a beard, even if it was a groomed one. And that's in the Gulf, not in the West. Wow
Isn't it that a clear racism, and religious intolerance?

Yep.
You can't have been in Dubai long - for there is a long list of issues in a similar vein which you could categorise as 'hypocritical'. Drinking and gambling come to mind - with the latter being more open than the first (but very thinly - and cynically - disguised).

That’s ain’t right at all. I mean seriously, if they can allow a girl walk in a bikini on there beaches, why their companies can’t allow headscarf flight attendants whom they want to show to the world that Muslim girls are just as hardworking, friendly and well-rounded as any other elite flight attendants.
You don’t have to totally give up your own culture and principle, or adopt another culture to make others like you. You just have to show the goodness and kindness of your culture in order to make others like you and interested in you.
