I'm sure the legal eagles around here will confirm this, but I didn't think that ignorance is an adequate defence in the law (though perhaps it is in Dubai)??

lucky him (cause his case went to that retarded judge)and smart lawyer but ignorance is not an excuse (at least from my point of view) and i highly doubt that he was not aware that he was not supposed to drive drunk :roll:
