What are your thoughts on them? The kind that resurrects a 1+ year old thread with a comment which has little or no value to the thread at all.
I think they are annoying and they should be warned, and if they still continue then they should be banned.

You should start your own forum.
New people respond to older threads because maybe the subject is of interest to them. I agree, posts that are useless are a waste of time and you can find those on new threads, but to say that someone new can't show an interest in an old thread and be warned that they will be banned is a bit of a stretch.

I don't mind if people bump up old threads to contribute valuable info. What grinds my gears is that people who bump up old threads just to post a "LOL" or a "LMAO", or something equally useless.
I just wanted to share my 2 cents and hear other peoples' thoughts, not to force admins to change the rules to my favor (unless if they want to).
