Hi,
I'm a Graphic/web Designer and Artworker from the uk looking to relocate to Dubai. Could anyone tell me what the market is like over there with regards to these industries. eg: Is there one! What the pay like? Do employers prefer nationals or foreigners. Have you got a chance if you only speak english?.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated as I dont know where to start at the minute!
I have a degree and 3 years experience with large multinational FMCG company and 1 within an agency environment and currently specialise in packaging allthough equally at home with web design and print advertising. Well versed in all the usual - Photoshop, Illustrator, Freehand, Fash, Dreamweaver etc also some 3d Product design experience.
would love to hear from other ex-pats in similar fields who have made the move.
