Hi I am looking to buy in Burj Dubai (in the first circle) i.e. the residences etc. Are there any other upcoming similar buildings that I can look at? I have seen 29 Burj Blvd. Are there others in the boulevard crescent like these ones? How much would a 1 bedroom cost in one of these buildings? What would I able to rent it out for? Any idea on what interest rates on mortgages are? Are there variable rate mortgages or are they all fixed rate ones? what are the available terms of the mortgage i.e. 5 years? 7 years? Please let me know. Thanks!
