I work @ Media City but I can't afford to on my own (next to my work, I mean.) I like to live well and I hate traffic but since I'm on a student budget I can't afford to pay much. Therefore, I'm trying to team up with someone to rent and share a room or a studio - a good one.
I did this in New York and went EXTREMELY well.
Well, my requirements - straight, easy going, normal (not a psycho) and CLEAN - Not immaculate but please be Clean, open minded and considerate. Not Indians – Only people from western countries, North and South Americans, more than welcome. Moderate smoker is fine. –Minimum for 6 months.
Me – 24, clean (so try to range be 22 – 30).
Male or females are alright.
