Hey ,
Am still searching for a job. I heard some friends tell me to get in straight into a company and meet the H.R manager. This way you have a beter chance to show in your ability.
I feel this is unethical and dont think it might work??
This is a good point to discuss.. Friends , What you say about this???

If the manager is ready to meet you, then why not ?? they possibly may like your go-getter attitude.
Most of they may possibly ask you to leave your resume with the secretary

I know it does sound as aggressive and maybe even weird. But i know for a fact a friend of mine walked into a company asked to see the HR Manager and told them she is determined not to leave without a job offer. Needless to say the manager loved her attitude and hired her !!
