Fatty Melon
On the main forum page , where you have to the right of every category the last poster listed , underneath that you should also have the first couple of words from the title of the thread the post was from...
For example
A thread called "hi i am looking for a job"
I post a reply answering the guys questions
So on the main page next to the general chat where it would say Fatty Melon and the date of my post , underneath that should be a hyper link saying "Hi i am looking..." to the thread. Just the first 2 or 3 words from the thread
Also , I have noticed on other forums , you can simply move your mouse over any thread in the thread listing and a short box will pop up displaying the first couple of lines of that thread. Have that over there , it would really save time.
If you need clarification , I can list a couple of other forums as examples.

I don't think any admins have checked this place out for months. But good suggestions IMO.

Adding Quick Reply underneath the posts will help time rather than clicking on Post Reply, we can also have clicking Post Reply option but IMO having Quick reply textbox below will make some improvements. If you have no clue what I'm talkin' about just look at this forum they also use phpBB.
