I'm not on a detox... didnt do cold turkey .. but i've cut down my smoke to 4 a day n its been 4 days.. n I'm starting to hate smoking.. :D gonna see how long would it last.. ) dale i think its more because of the heat that I don't feel like smoking... smoking is a terrible thing its makes my skin lose its lustre... makes it dry and what not.... IAN.... DUDE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! the diet pls?
