the competition here is very tough, with a lot of asians working for peanuts (exploited buy their employers) in ur case, might find it easier since luxury industry will be looking for someone with experience which u are. if u speak arabic it's a plus and if u have liedand especially worked in the ME, it's even better since most employers will ask for experience in the country it's one ofthe main criterias...
One more thing : it'll be very unlikely to get a job from France, agencies won't even considerate ur aplication if they c u're not livin' in the UAE...
