i'm still pissed off that everyone voted for the weekend i wasn't there. OK i get the message guys n gals. Thats 2 now, if this happens on the third i will take it really personally.

S'alright mate! We oldies can sit at the back and watch all the youngsters tearing their fingers off and dropping the ball on their toes! Unfortunately it is just to the accompaniment of Coca Cola and popocorn!
Next meeting will have to be in a location where all varieties of drinks are available!

In fact, the Barasti Bar is a very good idea! They do a Sundowners session on a Friday evening and that's where I was headed after the bowling. A little hot and sticky but the evening is great. You can sit down by the beach on the grass with shisha and either cocktails or mocktails of your choice and great music. Later in the evening there is a live band and a barbecue which is great value.
I can highly recommend it but the next few months are going to be sticky, so it's definitely shorts weather!

thanks :) I was impressed I broke 100 which was my goal. But I've played before, you kicked A for a first timer.
Arnie, why don't you organize the next one, I can help on the local front and that way it'll be on a suitable weekend for you. Cinqo da mayo or to be exact at 01:02:03 05/05/06 Dubai time I was no longer in my early thirties ;) which is why some of us were pre-occupied
