Can anybody advise of the pitfalls of exporting my car to the UK, when leaving.
I have assumed that as long as the car is paid off, it will be possible. I have assumed that I will be able to increase the size of container to suit (a 20ft to a 40ft)
If I am Ok so far what do I face in charges and politics here in Dubai and also in the UK?

96 hits so far and not 1 piece of advice, very disapointing forum. It appears to be a popular subject so I thought I would share what I have found.
Any the best piece of advice that I have found so far is a downloadable checklist fount at What Car - .
Although it does not contain everything, such as mandatory modifications such as, must have yellow indicators, speedometer in MPH, and I assume dipped headlights for driving in opposite side of the roads (perhaps sombody can confirm if this is mandatory or not).
