Yep - these laborers should know better then trying to live in a residential area and should get back into the labor camps where there is no air conditioning or any decent amenities.
Anyone would think that they built this City?!?!?? Coops what the govt needs to do is build a new city (lets call is Bachelor City to be original) with a huge wall around it. All the bachelors will have to live in there - they can lock the gates on weekends and after hours so then noone has to see them when they are not at work!
