Where can I know about future events in Dubai? I get to know what has happened only when I see the picture on the newspaper. I am not talking about big concerts or races that are announced everywhere, but other events like Paulo Coelho signing his books at Ibn Battuta (which I knew about when I saw it on Gulf News afterwards) or others.
