Believe it or not these have been reduced quite a bit (still insanely high) over the last little while...
Hope you were sitting down when you checked the tarrifs and yes moving to Dubai you will need more middle fingers. ajb actually the mobile charges are pretty good compared to here .... we pay more than those per min rates in a currency worth about 3 times as much plus an expensive monthly rental charge silhouette
