I am relocating to Sharjah in February and intend on bringing my fiance with me.
She is a Russian citizen and works in the IT department at The Hermitage Museum in St Petersburg.
Was wondering if anyone could advise me on job possibilities for her or if there were any opportunities going via participants of this forum.
She speaks excellent English and has a 4 year Diploma in Art.
Any suggestions or comments would be greatly appreciated.
Otherwise is it a ridiculous notion to bring her with me on a Tourist Visa and hope to find her work from Sharjah?

I would check what the story is with visa details for russians first of all. Before you leave I would recommend how she wants to use her diploma and apply to those companies here whether they are advertising or not.

Sounds like a good idea. She is applying to various museums in Sharjah. I just had the thought to bring her over with me on a tourist Visa, which is fairly easy to obtain for a Russian, and then try to get her some work from inside the country.
