HI my wife has been offred several jobs in the UAE as she is highly qualified.
I on the othere hand have plenty of experience in many areas but no formal qualifications. I am 37 have worked in both catering and Construction at Supervisory and Managerial levels. On the whole I have been self employed.
The question is do you know of employment agencys that might fit this criteria (I have found nearly all the sites for proffesionals)
Or alternative methods of finding employment.

Can only suggest that its by making contacts once you are here. Most companies here are looking for qualifications above all else. To get a managerial post, you have to submit certified copies of all your certificates.
The construction industry is very active and they are always looking for people at a supervisory level. lack of qualifications should be less of a problem here but will restrict the salary level you can reach.
