I have a credit note from Emaar of the value AED 350,000. I would like to sell it. The credit note can be used as downpayment or installment due to emaar for a property u own/want to buy.

why not encashing your credit note from emaar itself??? i believe credit note could be encah as well...it will just take sometimes to process.
