You are right, but in UAE please luv to have unique number plates. Thats the reason The World Most Expensive number plate is in Abu Dhabi :twisted:

I know that I once paid 1000dhs for 7052 dxb plate, I'll maybe pay 2k for 11123 can't remember ! but 5k MAX for a really good one

Some times ppl do sell number plates in very cheap price, but if you want you can really cash you number plate. I have sold many number plates and earn lots of money out of it. Its also like property business in UAE. Its very safe investment and fast cash.
