Hi how are you doing people... I was wondering what is the best network/sim card to use in dubai and where can i buy a sim card from ???

buddy there is only one network in the UAE and thats ETISALAT.
another company should start soon, but thats not for another few months ..

You will have no trouble finding someone that can hook you up with an Etisalat/Wasel prepaid sim. All you need is a copy of your passport and visa stamp and you will be on your way. Costs cary, but usually around 165 AED.
The SIMS come prepaid with 10 AED of call credit, which isn't a lot but enough to get you started.
20,25 and 40 AED recharge cards can be purchased from just about everywhere.
