Hi,
I need your help so I can find out if it's viable for me to work in Dubai. My role in IT is Microsoft Systems Administrator (MCSA Server 2003). My concerns are twofold:
1) Can I find work in Dubai or is the IT market dominated by workers from India?
2) If I can find work, are the pay rates any better than those in London?
Any advice would be fantastic.

Generally speaking I don't think it would be a good proposition unless you have a really good offer; it's not worth your while packing it in in the UK and coming over to Dubai in the hopes of getting a job (especially IT). if you have a firm offer from an employer it is easier to evaluate and make the judgement call!
