For eg: the living style may be a feel good factor, but the climate may be a feel bad factor.
Like working condition, traffic, shopping experience, expense, restrictions, recreation etc etc...

okay there are so many things i will give one of each and maybe if each memeber did one you can get your list ;)
Feel good: East and West in one place ... If you are a person who is from the Middle East or South Asia but lived in the west .. Dubai will be this great mix for you of Arabic/Desi culture and western convienance. This is why Dubai appeals to many who want that mix.
Feel bad: expat community meaning usually people are in and out of the country. By the time you meet someona and you guys get along perfectly and become good friends you find that either one of you moves away or somethin. Very hard to build long lasting friendships even if you grew up here !
