Has any one felt the difference in any way in the public behavior since the Dubai Executive Council ruling on the certain Public Behaviors?
I personally have not; most people I know, as well as friends, still not bothered about any of the rules and regulations laid by the Council..
People are still the same on the beach, after a good night from bar or clubs and other public places. The government raised a point but now where are the results.. :?:

I agree it doesn't seem any different. It comes down to enforcement, and it's not happening enough I guess. I don't want it become like Saudi here, but I think that some residents as well as tourist should be shown a little more firmly that the laws and religion of the country are to be respected.

I thought this the collective assumption of all investors? lol.

No some people prefer to stick pins in newspapers or buy/sell on family birthdays. Probably just as good as a subscription to some of these online investment rags....(did you post this in the wrong thread?) :D

I guess they passed those laws to have a ground to stand on if they will accuse anyone of such behavior in the future that's all. and who or how are they going to watch it ?

Yeah why not? I would not object to more police on the streets. They do a good job and I have almost always had a good experience with them.
Maybe their increased presence will have a good effect on behaviour!
