well not so sure about that. Definetely want a nice, clean, liveable place, whether apartment, room in a villa...etc etc. But mainly I was looking for which areas in Dubes would be most appropriate to live if one is working there. In terms of commute/traffic, also would prefer a nice area. Any ideas?

Mirdif or Rashidiya I think would be good spots.
Can you be a bit more specific about the location on Airport Road please.

Well, then I guess you must be somewhere close to the Airport.
Rashidiya would be the best, then Mirdif. Garhoud area would also be Ok for you.

^ big no-no! Lots of traffic! I have to deal with this everyday! Yorky's advice was pretty good. I can certify that with Garhoud you can't go wrong. Nice spot and 5 mins away from the airport. Only dark sport is that I don't have the luxury of working on the airport's road :lol:

I wouldn't call it crappy, but you better look for accomodation in nice spots like you mentioned. Only problem is how much you're willing to invest.

yeah I am not so sure of my budget yet. hopefully I will find something reasonable in a nice area.
