Soory for being so quick to reply. Try Dubai Music School run by Glen Perry, in karama I think his brother Miles or was it Giles who teaches the drum. A friend used to go to polish up his strumming skills. All the brothers are extremely talented.
OR if you have a Kit, I could help you start off.
