Hi everyone,
I'm doing a project for school on health care in Dubai. My teacher has asked for some specific information. Having a hard time finding some of it. Would appreciate any help i can get.
Mostly i'm having difficulties finding out the travel time from a person's home to a hospital. There seems to be many hospitals and i'm not quite sure where the residential area's are and if they are near the hospitals. Any help would be greatly appreciated as well as any other info related to health care. These are the questions i was given:
population
# of hospitals
% dr/patient
hospitals/clinics....private/public
% of private/public
# of beds/patient population
travel time from main town
nurse/dr patient ratio.
I've found a lot of the information except the travel time and statistics on percentage of private and public healthcare.
If you could help me out in any way i would appreciate it a whole lot. Thanks jodi :D

If you list the hospitals you are researching and then people can help you out with travel times to nearest residential areas. usually most places in Dubai are at the most a 20 minute car drive if there is no traffic, problem is traffic congestion is really ugly during the day.
