hey guys; my company is getting my resident visa and they want my high school diploma. i have a copy of my transscript with the state seal on it but they keep asking for my original diploma that does not exist any more. lost years ago. i spoke to my old high school and they say they have no way to issue a diploma.

Try this one:
Have your Photocopied diploma authenticated by the education department (ministry of education or any department that can certify that your paper is correct) & have it attested by UAE embassy in your country.

Your transcript of records (TOR) will do. I think it is more important that the high school diploma. One moment, what's the transcript all about?
Transcript of Records are for university graduate studs. :(
