Comon gals help the man out.. give us some votes ;-) kanelli I think a beard that is tidy and well-kept looks good. There are men here in Dubai with beautifully trimmed facial hair that looks quite attractive... then there are ones that let it grow wild and they look scruffy and unnattractive. It also depends on the person's features. Some men look mean with a beard, others can enhance their facial features with some style of facial hair. Guess you just have to experiment! currently im doing the light beard senario with my beard just like the locals do....i think its the only one that suits me right now....
do you think that a big beard, like the religious people do can be nice although its huge? My brother-in-law (mashallah) combs it in a way it looks awesome ;)

Men with Beards find it difficult to get Full Buy-in and Trust, its not right to say this but especially selected against are men with Beards at interview stage. I guess its the behavioural and posture interview traits that large corporations teach - if you can't easily see the mouth when talking is the person hiding something...similar to holding the hand in front of the mouth and impacting facial expression. I will sometimes grow stubble when on vacation - but before returning to work - always return to a clean shave. Its not right - but this is the way of the western world - no cultural awareness whatsoever!
