Lots of people dive in the UAE. Mostly heading over to Fujairah or to Oman.
There are several places that do PADI training. I take it you're already qualified?
Al Boom diving to trips most weekends.

There are several dive schools here, the largest being Al Boom Diving and Scuba Dubai. The majority of actual diving takes place on the East Coast in Fujairah as the Indian Ocean is much cleaner and the diving better.
If you go diving off Dubai will end up with half a million tons of sand dumped on your head as they try to make another bit of 'exclusive beachfront property' or get tangled up in the 50 million blue plastic bags floating around out there...
Enjoy!

yes, i´m a qualified diver (PADI MSDT). Is it easy to go to Oman to dive? Are the spots better? I´ve heard they floated 2 jets close to the palm for divers?

I've not been over there myself, but I;ve heard it's quite good.

Just wreck diving in the Dubai due to the developments. Oman is about an 8 hour round trip so best make a weekend of it. Some of the schools in Dubai do short live aboards too.
