Who knows good places to dive in Dubai?
And what do I need to do it? Do I need any certificates or something?

I don't know about sites, though I heard that there are nice diving sites in UAE.
But I know you need a PADI certificate to Dive anywhere in the world..
And Dubai is not an exception.
