Dirty Beaches:what's up?

Concord Anyone notice the amount of garbage at the water's edge (anything from pastic bags, bottles, cans, Onions (yes), clothing, cigarette cases, food wrappers, etc. etc., on the beaches. I was 2 centemeter away from slicing my foot in half this morning while walking on the beach. There was a broken glass bottle protruding from the sand (luckly I always look where I am walking..). Never seen any staff cleaning the beach!
sharewadi I always though the Municipality did a pretty good job of cleaning the more popular beaches early in the mornings - at least compared to other emirates. They have tractors driving up and down filtering the sand. And there are the gentlemen in orange suits wandering around picking up rubbish. A64Venice They do clean up, but its never enough because people are not conscience about littering. Concord, its always best to wear slipons while on the sand.
